Skills and Requirements for Diversity and Inclusion Manager
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), HR, or talent management.
- Experience in developing and implementing D&I programs and initiatives.
- Familiarity with labor laws, equal employment regulations, and workplace compliance.
Technical Skills:
