Hyderabad’s HR workload has a few specific patterns worth knowing about.

The IT belt sits in a tight geographic cluster. HITEC City, Gachibowli, Madhapur, Kondapur, Raidurg, and the Financial District are all within a few kilometres of each other and trade workforce constantly. A typical 250-person Hyderabad IT company has its main office in HITEC City or Gachibowli, with engineers who live in Kukatpally, Miyapur, or even Patancheru and commute via company shuttles.
