What is Reviewee?
A reviewee is an individual whose work or performance is assessed. The term “review” refers to the process of evaluating or verifying tasks and activities.
In a workplace setting, employees undergo performance evaluations conducted by their managers, particularly during the performance appraisal process. In this scenario, the employee being assessed is the reviewee.
Within a company’s Performance Management System (PMS), managers analyze the tasks completed and objectives achieved by employees. This regular evaluation process is crucial for tracking individual progress and overall business growth.
