What is Desk Audit ?
A desk audit is an organizational procedure to assess and review the duties, responsibilities, and qualifications of a particular job or position. It is usually a formal meeting between the employee and a reviewer, usually from the HR department or management. The purpose is to ensure that the description of the job, tasks, and classification are in accordance with the actual work done.

- Evaluate the distribution of workload.
- Equalize compensation.
- Identify a need for training or resources.
- Update job descriptions if appropriate.
