What is the** Attendance **Policy ?

Attendance policy is comprised of rules that govern employee attendance. It includes rules that govern absenteeism, i.e., number of leaves allowed—sick leaves, casual leaves, vacation leave, or other types of leave authorized by the company. Time and attendance should be properly managed. An employee is expected to reach the office in time and at their workstations in time for proper working hours. This will also differ from office to office; timing of breaks and duration of breaks will depend on business requirements.
